What is your design service process?
Our design process includes: Initial consultation → Site measurement → Concept design → Design discussion → Detailed design → Construction coordination → Project handover. The full process typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on project scope and complexity.
How are design fees calculated?
We offer several design packages. Fees are based on property size, design complexity, and service scope. Basic packages start from SGD 80 per sqm. A detailed quotation will be provided according to your specific requirements.
Do you offer free design services?
We provide free initial consultation and layout assessment for new clients. If you proceed with our full design service, the consultation fee can be offset against the final design cost.
Can the design be revised if I am not satisfied?
Yes. Our service includes up to three complimentary revisions. We value your feedback and will refine the design to ensure it meets your expectations.
What assurances are provided during construction?
We conduct full-stage quality control with professional checks at each milestone. A 2-year workmanship warranty is provided, with lifetime maintenance support for major structural components. All materials are traceable and meet environmental standards.
Can I engage you for partial space design only?
Yes. We offer partial design services such as living room upgrades, kitchen optimisation, or bathroom renovation. Pricing is based on area size and design complexity to suit different budgets.
Can different design styles be combined?
Yes. We specialise in blending styles—such as Modern with Natural Wood, or Contemporary with Minimalist—based on your lifestyle and preferences, while maintaining overall harmony and balance.
Can I use my own contractor instead of yours?
Yes. If you already have a contractor, we will provide complete construction drawings and offer necessary remote support during the build. On-site support can be arranged at an additional cost if required.
